The ideal candidate will be :Friendly and confident<ul><li>Motivated to ensure the smooth running of shifts</li><li>Possess the ability to communicate concisely a with colleagues and customers alike</li><li>Someone who genuinely enjoys working in the hospitality industry</li></ul> Your role will involve(but not be limited to) :<ul><li>working alongside the head chef and general manager to help build the business</li><li>opening and closing the site</li><li>running the site in the absence of the GM</li><li>stock and cash control</li><li>ordering and stock taking</li><li>managing and motivating the team</li><li>identifying opportunities to drive sales and acting on them</li><li>function management</li><li>ensuring the team deliver fantastic service at all times</li></ul>
